Đun nóng 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho xúc xích vào chiên cho cháy xém mặt vớt xúc xích ra để riêng.
Tận dụng ít dầu trong chảo chiên xúc xích, đổ thêm 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn nữa, đun nóng rồi đổ nấm đùi gà vào xào. Tiếp đến cho tỏi băm và 1 ít sốt ớt đậu cay vào đảo đều.
Tiếp đến cho vào ớt sừng và cần tây. Nêm 2g muối, 1g đường, 5ml rượu nấu ăn và sốt ớt đậu cay còn lại vào, xào cho ngấm gia vị.
Cuối cùng cho xúc xích đã chiên vào chảo nấm, xào tiếp 1 phút là được.
Cho món xào ra đĩa, rắc thêm chút mè trắng rang nữa là hoàn tất. Thật là không cần tốn bao nhiêu sức, các bạn cũng có thể dễ dàng thành công với món nấm đùi gà xào xúc xích này. Món xào có vị béo cay đặc trưng rất thích hợp dùng cho những bữa cơm chiều ngày lạnh.
