Chiều chiều rảnh không biết mần chi nên chạy siêu thị mua ngay một mớ chân gà về sơ chế qua rồi tiến hành ngâm trộn tạo món Gỏi chân gà chua cay và béo thơm, gặm chơi cực thích thú.
Chân gà làm sạch, chặt bỏ mống, rửa sạch rồi cho vào nồi nước sôi cùng với tiêu và 10ml giấm trắng, chần sơ qua khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó đem xả qua nước lạnh cho sạch.
Tiếp theo cho chần gà vào nồi sạch khác, thêm vào ngập nước, 2-3 trái ớt đập dập, hoa hồi, thanh quế và hoa tiêu, 10ml giấm. Đun sôi rồi mở lửa vừa, đun tiếp 12 phút. Sau đó vớt gà ra ngâm nước lạnh khoảng 30 phút.
Vớt chân gà ra cho vào tô lớn, thêm vào 3g đường, 3g muối, 20ml giấm, dầu hào, trộn đều để yên 10 phút. Sau đó thêm vào hành lá, ngò rí thái nhỏ, tỏi băm, ớt băm, ớt chua thái nhỏ, trộn đều lên. Rắc thêm ít mè trắng rang thơm lên trên trộn đều là hoàn tất.
