Những bạn sinh viên khi ở kí túc xá không được sử dụng chảo hay lò nướng mà muốn ăn bánh mì sandwich phô mai thì phải thế nào nhỉ? Không sao vì bạn có thể dễ dàng làm món bánh mì nướng phô mai cực ngon này mà không cần phải mở lò nướng hay bắc chảo lên bếp gì cả, vũ khí bí mật để làm món ăn này chính là... chiếc bàn ủi của bạn đấy!
Đầu tiên, bạn cắm điện bàn ủi rồi đặt ở một chỗ an toàn trong khi chuẩn bị bánh mì. Nếu dùng bàn ủi hơi nước thì bạn tắt tính năng phun hơi đi, chỉnh lên nhiệt độ cao nhất (thường là ở mức ủi cho vải cotton). Tiếp theo, trải giấy bạc ra bàn, đặt bánh mì lên rồi phết sốt mayonaise, lật mặt bánh mì xuống.
Sau đó, bạn rắc phô mai bào nhỏ lên bánh mì. Úp một lát bánh mì khác lên trên, phết sốt maiyonaise lên mặt trên. Gói giấy bạc xung quanh bánh mì. Đặt bàn ủi đang nóng lên trên gói giấy bạc, ấn xuống nhẹ nhàng. Sau khoảng 5 – 6 phút, bạn gỡ giấy bạc để kiểm tra xem bánh mì đã nóng giòn chưa, nhớ cẩn thận vì giấy bạc nóng lắm đấy. Sau khi kiểm tra thì gói lại, lật úp bánh để “ủi” tiếp mặt kia.
Sau khi bánh đã nóng giòn đều, bạn mở gói giấy bạc ra, nên mở ngay vì nếu để lâu bánh mì sẽ có hơi nước và bị mềm. Dùng dao cắt bánh ra là có thể thưởng thức ngay lớp bánh mì nóng giòn và phô mai béo ngậy.
