Trong 1 cái nồi, bạn cho nước, đường, 2 muỗng canh lá bạc hà vào đun sôi trong khoảng 2-3 phút. Sau đó tắt lửa và bỏ lá bạc hà đi. Để nguội khoảng 25-30 phút.

Sau khi hỗn hợp nguội, cho hỗn hợp vào máy xay sinh tố cùng 2 muỗng canh lá bạc hà còn lại, nước đá, nước dừa, nước cốt dừa, rượu rum, nước cốt chanh và xay nhuyễn.
