Tiếp đó cho Tôm, đu đủ và ớt tươi vào chung thau nước mắm hỗn hợp rồi trộn tất cả đều lại với nhau.
Hũ thủy tinh rửa sạch, để khô ráo. Sau đó cho hết tất cả hỗn hợp vào thẩu và để trong khoảng 3-4 tuần là ăn được.
