Cơm gạo lức rang rất ngon. Hạt cơm ăn mềm mềm, bùi bùi, kết hợp với vị mặn ngọt của lạp xưởng và trứng. Thêm vào đó là một vài giọt chanh chua chua tạo nên một món ăn không gì có thể ngon hơn.
Ngâm gạo lức trong khoảng 2 giờ trước khi nấu. Sau đó, cho gạo vào nồi cơm, tỷ lệ gạo và nước là 1:1,2 và nấu trong khoảng 45 phút cho đến khi cơm chín. Múc cơm ra ngoài, để nguội.
Lạp xưởng cắt hạt lựu. Trứng gà đập ra chén, đánh tan. Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, đổ trứng vào, chiên chín 2 mặt. Khi trứng chín, gắp ra, cuộn lại và cắt thành sợi.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho lạp xưởng vào, đảo đều đến khi lạp xưởng khô lại. Cho tiếp cơm gạo lứt vào, đảo đều 10 phút cho hạt cơm săn lại. Nêm gia vị 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1 muỗng canh nước tương cho vừa ăn.
Bày cơm ra đĩa. Cho trứng lên trên, thêm vài giọt chanh để món ăn thêm hấp dẫn, lôi cuốn hơn nhé!
